Stars and Hammocks

Hey! Happy Tuesday! How was your weekend?
I’m exhausted. It was a great weekend but wow I really wish I could just sit in a hammock under a tree, feel the summer breeze and listen to the stars right now.
I was very lucky this weekend to hang with my sister Tabitha. She’s a free bird. I miss her so much. This is a oldie but one of my favorites of us.

the beautiful and badass Ella Raines

I saw a picture of Ella at the Walnut street Theatre last night right before the performance of Miss Saigon. It was a spectacular show but I keep thinking about how the theatre was back in the 1940’s and the beautiful extremely talented actresses that kick ass during a time when males dominated the movie/theatre business. I love her in the movie “Tall in the Saddle” 1944. She really tells off John Wayne in that movie! She is definitely no dumb housewife yet she is gorgeous and I love that!
