99 is a cool number

99 posts! Wow! I'm super proud of myself! Four months ago I decided to start this blog and it has been the best thing I have done in a long time. It keeps me on my toes and inspires me like nothing else.

Oh Oh maybe

Rewind today I feel Crazy. Christmas is coming and I'm starting to get super stressed! I'm not quite sure why. Actually I guess it’s because Christmas is not a easy day for me. It’s supposed to be a day to laugh and feel merry. A time to spend with friends and family. For a good portion of my life my Christmas is split... a little half with my mom and then the other at my grandma's house (Dad's mom-my parents are divorced). I'm so tired of hearing about all the horrible negative gossip or the awkward moment of oh wow she looks different or whether or not someone has a job. Does that matter? Why waste the one special day where everyone is together to fiddle on stupid societal nonsense! Why can’t we all just be happy for one day? Why must there be so much pressure and sadness? I wish I could freeze and then skip it!

 Or chill at a place the whole day where people are laughing, happy, and smiling.

I wish! I'm so greatful I had this past weekend...maybe I will make that my Christmas!

Rainbow Connection

I had a great weekend! How about you?

It all started with a great Christmas movie night of Swedish fish drinks, Bill Murray, A squirrel in a Christmas tree and of course Yippee-ki-yay, m*****f****r! Then Tim and I volunteered at Operation Brotherly Love a large holiday carnival supporting the community. They had break dancers, carnival games were you can really win the big prizes, face painting tattoos, presents, free coats, and even Cinderella showed up! I can’t tell you how great it was to see everyone so happy. The best part of the whole experience was seeing the smile on This little girl Ayva’s face. It was a blast hanging with her and her Mom Brandi and Aunt Hope. Afterwards we chilled and played my new game from Tim…Toy Story mania!! So much fun!!

Then for once I had a incredibly excellent birthday on Sunday. Tim made me breakfast with Birthday bacon and a beautiful engraved tree necklace. As the sun went down we ordered Indian and watched Melancholia- awesome!

Today I feel fresh and full of color. I could burst out some rainbows.

I’ve been a Jim Henson fan for well since I before I could walk and It really makes me so happy to see the Muppets again. I saw the movie while I was home for thanks giving and it was so incredibly awesome! I loved the songs, the costumes, and of course the oh so great jokes of Fozzy Bear. It was so heartfelt and just made me feel so damn happy! The rainbow connection song felt so real and really inspired me. It’s so nice to see a movie that really means something and is not 3D or filled with CGI.

Who said that every wish would be heard and answered when we wished on the morning star?

Somebody thought of that and someone believed it.

What’s so amazing that keeps us star gazing and what do we think we might see?

I'm Back!

Hey!! Sorry for the mia. I was pretty crazy busy at the start of novemeber and then I went to Disney World! It was great relax and the only thing I had to worry about was what thrill ride to go on next. Its been a long time since I laughed so hard and smiled so much. To be honest I used to live in Forida and Disney was always the theme park we skipped because it was too expensive and didnt have the crazy rides. Well now it is definalty the best theme park I have ever been too and I'm so happy I was able to spend a whole week there! I had a blast with my boyfriend and his awesome family. Here are just some of the good times we had!
